This photo means the world to me. It is the best lightning photo of my storm chasing career. Moments like this are so hard to capture, and it has taken me 11 years of storm chasing to get this shot. We sat in an open field near Burnet, Texas, and when this strike came down, every ounce of me hoped that my camera caught it. I hope you enjoy this photo as much as I do.
